A friend of mine is thinking about buying a house recently. He's not sure whether now it's a good time to invest in real estate because of the uncertainty of the U.S. economy. However, what I think is, you've got to buy a house anyway. People need their own places to live. So, I just suggested that he should go ahead and buy a house.
